With 4 years working as a user experience designer and 3 years prior to that as a front-end developer, information architect and project manager I have a wealth of experience to bring to any digital development team. I’m now based in New York City working for boutique agency Fantasy Interactive. It’s great to be here.
I’ve worked across key sectors including financial services, travel & tourism, ecommerce, FMCG, and telecommunications to create engaging, innovative user experiences for big brands such as Virgin Atlantic, HTC, Barclaycard, Unilever and Visit London. I’ve worked in Europe, the Middle East & North America.
I’m passionate about all areas of design and creativity, how things are made and why they succeed or fail
I have extensive experience across the spectrum of user experience design. My specialisms include:
- creating beautiful wireframe documents to communicate ideas and interaction designs to my team;
- running usability testing, including highlights videos & recommendations;
- writing competitor analyses and heuristic evaluations to figure out the state of the competition and what we can learn from it;
- user research, survey design & persona development to define our users and fight for their needs throughout the process.
As this blog will hopefully show, I’m passionate about all areas of design and creativity, how things are made and why they succeed or fail. In particular I’m interested in how we can create great (digital) experiences for people that delight them and keep them coming back for more.
