Bio

I currently work as a User Experience Consultant at EMC Consulting, based in London Bridge

After 4 years at a small development agency following graduation in 2003, I decided to specialise in information architecture & user experience. I’ve been working in user experience design full-time now for 3 years at various agencies in London.

Diverse roles in my first job enabled me to gain key understandings in areas such as project management, front- and back-end development, web design, account management and pitching. I also worked on the information architecture & user experience design for larger projects.

Since becoming an IA full time I have worked as lead IA for VisitLondon.com for nearly a year and then for advertising agency Tullo Marshall Warren as one of 2 information architects in their digital department. I currently work as a User Experience Consultant at EMC Consulting (formerly Conchango), based in London Bridge as a part of their industry-leading UX team.

I’ve worked for clients including Virgin Atlantic, Barclaycard, Marie Curie Cancer Care, The RAF, Flora and many more.
